Well now , it's been a while since I've submitted a brand new character eh? I was cosidering holding this one back, as Roy is very closely connected to another chraracter that hasn't been designed propperly just yet. This is gonna leave allot of his Background story and details left un-done, but I'm sure that once this other character has been completed I'll give you guys the full story behind Roy.

Roy is the Captain of the Royal Knights in the only country that matches The Empire for it's military might, well for the momment at least. The Kingdom's ecenomic status is also quite large, making it the center of commerse and trade within the continent. It has also been on the for-front in the fight against the spread of The Twilight, and has done so through creative use of technology, one such branch being that of Airships. You could say that if you ever wanted to do something in the world, this would be the place to go.

The Royal Knights are charged with the personal protection of the Royal Family and any others taking residence in the Palace. Roy prides himself as being the youngest cadets to date, having achieved a post that is usualy bestowed to greyed war-veterans. However, in these relatively peacefull times, a more social aspect was needed in the operations of the Royal Knights, which has lead to the selection of younger warriors. This dosn't suggest that Roy is in any way a weakling, he's also one of the most skilled fighters in the buisness of Heraldry. His imensly massive Claymore is more than enough proof to back this up. He's one of the few who can actually lift it, let alone use it effectively in combat...

Roy himself is a very easy going and calming guy. He can be a bit of a sloth when it comes to doing any tasks that require too much effort, which can lead to his clumsyness that affects his every action. He quickens right up however when there's a pretty girl in eyeshot, as he's always trying his hardest to act smooth in front of the girls in a desperate qeust for his soul-mate. This,unfortunately, only succedes in making him more clumsy than usual...

As the personal Gaurdian of the Princess, he has been specificaly chosen for this important task due to his endless vitality. Roy, in terms of Gameplay strengths, is a Wall. I mean, like, the Great Wall of friggen China. He's so friggen loaded with defence that anything that uses claws and muscle to get it's job done is SCREWED if they get into a fight with Roy. While he's pretty slow in combat, His Clayore makes up for the lack of hits in sheere magnitude of physical damage that's inflicted each hit. His Achiles Heal however is anything to do with Magic. He has almost no Magic defence, and can't really learn any if he needs to use some. So though Physical-based opponents better watch out for him, Magic users can have allot of fun with this red-headed brute...

Roy and the Princess will be joining Skye, Rondell and Iris when they visit the Palace for un-known reasons (at this point in time, more on that in the Princess' Design Sheet), as they'll all find reasons to stick together. These 5 characters will be making up the core friendship group of the game ^_^
